During this initial consultation, we have not entered into an attorney / client relationship and no legal advice will be given. The consultation involves whether we can help you with your particular legal matter.
What are your fees?
The Rivchun Law Firm works on contingency, hourly and flat-fee arrangements. We will advise you as to what we believe is the most cost effective means to work through your legal issue. Our business is built on repeat customers, therefore we agree upon the rates upfront.
Do I need an appointment to discuss my legal matters?
If you would like to meet in person, then an appointment is necessary. Oftentimes we are away from the office handling company business.
The majority of issues we handle do not require and in-person visit. We handle almost all of our clients needs via telephone, e-mail and regular mail. With this type of arrangement, we can keep our billable hours to a minimum as well since many meetings take more time than a phone call to cover the same materials.
We leave the choice up to you. If you are in Cleveland, we would be happy to have you to our office space.
